I also found that you can also set windows 10 to dark as well, that is in the personalization menu, just choose dark mode and all the menus and stuff will change. The chrome extension is called "super dark mode" You load it normal and then click the provided icon to turn it dark.
Also with the chrome version you have to toggle the page from normal to dark. Now on the chrome side they have one also but it is not as good, its close but some elements on the page it does not change. So no matter where you go on the web you can enjoy dark pages Wonderful with light blue eand white test.
